To be eligible for Made in USA Certified USA.c membership, a legally established for-profit business entity must fall into one of the following member classifications:
Manufacturer Member A business organized under the laws of the United States of America or any state, territory or insular possession thereof, which is engaged in the production and or manufacturing of U.S. products of U.S. origin and in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations.
Produce Member A business organized under the laws of the United States of America or any state, territory or insular possession thereof, which is engaged in the production of food products and or growing of U.S. produce of U.S. origin and in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations.
Pharmaceutical Member A business organized under the laws of the United States of America or any state, territory or insular possession thereof, which is engaged in the production and or manufacturing of pharmaceuticals of U.S. origin and in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations.
Service Member A business organized under the laws of the United States of America or any state, territory or insular possession thereof, which is engaged in the service field and or in sourcing of U.S. services of U.S. origin and in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations.
Related Industry Member A U.S. business entity with activities that relate to the manufacture and distribution of U.S. Products but that does not qualify as a Manufacturer Member (as defined above), such as raw material suppliers, component and equipment suppliers, non-retail distributors, importers and service organizations; excluding, however , retail merchants, dealers and retail organizations. Related Industry Member dues are a percentage of your company's sales to the USA Manufactures.
